The person who answers the phone is the person who shows up and does the work.

Questions

What a visit costs, and which carts Andy works on.

  • Do you really come to my house?

Yes. Nearly all work happens on site at your home, your community’s storage area, or your business. Andy brings the diagnostic equipment, tools, and common parts with him.

  • What does a service call cost?

The initial service call is $200 and includes mobile dispatch, a full system diagnostic, and the first hour of repair. Work past that hour is $165 per hour.

  • How long should golf cart batteries last?

A lead acid pack that gets watered and charged properly usually runs four to six years. Most packs die early from sitting on a dead charge over the winter or from low water levels, both of which are preventable.

  • Can you switch my cart to lithium batteries?

Yes. Andy has swapped lead acid packs for lithium, including on an Icon cart. Call or text with your make and year and he will talk you through it.

  • Can you work on my cart?

Andy is Club Car factory trained and works on standard golf carts and street-legal low-speed vehicles. Call with your make, model, and year and he will tell you straight.

  • Do you service street-legal carts and low-speed vehicles (LSVs)?

Yes. Low-speed vehicles carry extra equipment a standard cart does not: lighting, mirrors, seat belts, and a windshield. All of it has to keep working for the cart to stay street legal in North Carolina. Andy services both.
