A service call is $200, with a two-hour minimum.
That’s the whole price list. Here is what each number covers.

The first hour is for finding and fixing the common problems.
The $200 service call pays for Andy’s trip to the cart, a full diagnostic of the batteries, wiring, and drive, and the first hour of repair. That hour is built for the common calls: a cart that won’t start, won’t hold a charge, or has a light or brake problem. Many of those are done inside it.
Visits carry a two-hour minimum.
After that, time is charged by the hour.
Work past the first hour is $165 an hour, charged in one-hour increments. Before that clock starts, Andy tells you what the repair needs and what it will cost, and you decide. Parts are quoted the same way, before they are ordered or installed, so the number you hear is the number you pay.
